These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of digital social media post design services provided by JESASTIC Web Design & IT Solutions ("JESASTIC", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing any package through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Our Services
JESASTIC provides digital social media post design services intended primarily for business promotion on platforms such as:
- Other digital/social-media platforms where the supplied design format is suitable
The services are digital design services only.
No physical product is included with any package.
2. Available Packages
We currently offer two packages for the Durga Puja promotional campaign.
Core Plan — ₹599 + 18% GST
The Core Plan includes a predefined set of digital social media post designs as described on the corresponding product/landing page.
The customer must provide the required business information, logo, photographs, promotional details and other necessary content required to create the designs.
The exact number and scope of designs included in the Core Plan are limited to what is stated on the purchase page at the time of purchase.
Unlimited Posts Plan — ₹2,499 + 18% GST
The Unlimited Posts Plan allows the customer to request social media post designs as required during the applicable Durga Puja campaign period specified on the purchase page.
Requests are processed sequentially.
"Unlimited" refers to the ability to submit post requests during the applicable service period. It does not mean that multiple designs will be produced simultaneously or delivered instantly.
JESASTIC may process requests according to the order in which they are received and the availability of the design team.
3. Digital Delivery Only
All services provided under these packages are digital.
We do not provide:
- Printed posters
- Paper posters
- Vinyl banners
- Flex banners
- Hoardings
- Physical advertising materials
- Printed marketing materials
- Any other physical product
Completed designs will be delivered digitally through WhatsApp, email, download link or another digital delivery method agreed with the customer.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate and usable information required for the design.
This may include:
- Business name
- Logo
- Product/service photographs
- Offer or discount information
- Contact information
- Address/location
- Social media information
- Promotional text
- Other business-specific information required for the requested design
JESASTIC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.
5. Customer-Provided Images and Content
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions or authorization to provide any photographs, logos, trademarks, product images, text or other materials supplied to JESASTIC.
The customer authorizes JESASTIC to use those materials solely for providing the purchased design service.
JESASTIC is not responsible for copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property disputes arising from materials supplied by the customer.
6. Design Scope
The service covers the creation of digital promotional/social-media post designs based on the information and requirements provided by the customer.
The service does not automatically include:
- Website development
- Landing-page development
- Facebook or Instagram advertising management
- Advertising budget
- Photography
- Product photography
- Video production
- Reels
- Animation
- Social media account management
- Copywriting beyond the agreed design requirement
- Printing
- Physical advertising materials
Any additional service requested outside the purchased package may require a separate quotation.
7. Revisions and Changes
Design revisions, where applicable, are limited to the scope stated on the applicable package or purchase page.
A revision means reasonable changes to an existing design based on the original information provided by the customer.
A completely new design concept, significant change in direction, replacement of the original content, or redesign requested after approval may be treated as a new design request.
For the Unlimited Posts Plan, new post requests are treated as individual sequential requests and are not automatically considered revisions to previously completed designs.
8. Delivery Time
For the Core Plan, delivery will normally begin after we receive complete payment and all required information/materials.
The estimated delivery period is generally 24–48 hours, subject to receiving complete information from the customer and the current workload.
For the Unlimited Posts Plan, requests are processed sequentially.
The stated delivery timeframe may not apply if:
- Required information has not been provided
- Images or content are missing
- The customer changes the requirements repeatedly
- A request requires substantial additional work
- There is an unexpected technical or operational issue
9. Unlimited Plan Validity
The Unlimited Posts Plan is a time-limited seasonal service.
The service remains available only until the Durga Puja campaign period stated on the purchase page.
After the applicable service period ends, unused or unsubmitted requests do not carry forward unless JESASTIC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
The Unlimited Plan does not constitute an unlimited lifetime design subscription.
10. Payment
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of 18% GST, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The applicable GST will be added to the purchase amount at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before work begins.
JESASTIC reserves the right to start work only after payment confirmation has been received.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because these are customized digital design services, customers should carefully review the package scope before making payment.
Once customized work has commenced, cancellation or refund requests may be subject to the conditions stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. No Guarantee of Sales or Business Results
Purchasing a social media design package does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Leads
- Followers
- Reach
- Engagement
- Customers
- Advertising performance
- Revenue
The service provides promotional design materials.
Any commercial result depends on factors outside JESASTIC's control, including the customer's products, pricing, audience, marketing strategy, advertising budget, platform algorithms and sales process.
13. Social Media Platforms
The designs are created for digital/social-media use.
JESASTIC does not guarantee that Facebook, Instagram or any other platform will approve, display, distribute or perform with a particular design in any specific manner.
Platform policies, dimensions, algorithms and technical requirements may change.
14. Intellectual Property
Upon completion of the purchased service and subject to full payment, the customer may use the final delivered designs for their own business promotional purposes.
JESASTIC retains ownership of its pre-existing design systems, templates, processes, internal resources, concepts, source files and other proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editable/source files such as PSD, AI, Figma or other working files are not included unless specifically stated in the purchased package.
15. Portfolio Use
Unless the customer specifically requests otherwise in writing, JESASTIC may display completed designs in its portfolio, website, social media pages or marketing materials for demonstrating its work.
If a customer requires confidential treatment of their designs, they should contact us before placing the order.
16. Changes to the Service
JESASTIC may modify, suspend or discontinue a package when reasonably necessary, including after the relevant seasonal campaign period.
Any material change affecting an already-paid order will be handled according to the applicable order terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
17. Limitation of Responsibility
JESASTIC will make reasonable efforts to provide the service as described on the purchase page.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform failures, payment-provider issues, communication failures or information not supplied by the customer.
18. Agreement to These Terms
By completing payment for a package, the customer confirms that:
- They have reviewed the package details.
- They understand what is and is not included.
- They understand that the service is digital only.
- They understand that physical printing is not included.
- They understand the applicable delivery and request conditions.
- They agree to these Terms & Conditions.
